St. John’s, Antigua – The Antigua and Barbuda Bennaboys returned to action last evening with a 3 – 2 victory over Bermuda.

The friendly match kicked off on election night as preparation for CONCACAF’s upcoming Nations League begun.

The Benneboys would go ahead in the 13th minute as Yoevil Town’s Rhys Browne open the scoring and slotted home the first goal of the night. The Gombey Warriors would reply in the 28th minute with a goal from Zeiko Lewis, after the home team’s defense failed to clear a ball leaving the match 1 – 1 at halftime.

In the second half Antigua would restore its lead with a header from Joshua Parker in the 58th minute of play. Shortly after Ebbsfleet forward Myles Weston made it 3 – 1 with his strike in the 62nd minute. Bermuda would reply with a second goal in the 70th minute of play making It 3 – 2 but the match would end in the home team’s favor.
